Inner Circle’s culture of acceptance is built on a deep understanding of the challenges, triumphs, and unique needs children with autism and their families have. Every time a parent walks through one of our clinic doors, they can feel comfortable knowing they are stepping into a welcoming environment built on acceptance and understanding.

“I’ve never felt so much love in a place for my child,” Inner Circle parent Christiana Huff said. “[Inner Circle] is always so excited to see them and my child is always excited to be here.”

Inner Circle Autism Network deeply understands the challenges families with children with autism can face, and how that can result in parents feeling misunderstood and frustrated. Our goal is to ensure every family feels welcomed and at home in our clinics – a place where they are safe to be themselves, share their worries and their triumphs, and to feel embraced and understood throughout their child’s ABA therapy journey.

“It’s probably one of the hardest things as an autism mom: nobody understands,” Inner Circle parent Demetria Hymes said. For many parents with children with autism, sharing their child’s challenges, goals, and needs is an incredibly vulnerable step, and the Inner Circle team is here to provide both a listening ear and guidance.

From leadership to our BCBAs and RBTs, everyone at Inner Circle actively contributes to our environment of understanding and emotional safety. Every parent deserves to be heard and to know that their child’s ABA therapy team wants to understand exactly what their child needs to feel supported and safe. That environment of safety and acceptance fosters learning and growth and encourages children with autism to achieve everything that they can achieve.

“When I came to Inner Circle they understood everything. Everyone is just so welcoming and understanding,” Hymes continued. “I didn’t feel like I had to hide the fact that [my child] sometimes has tantrums. Inner Circle wanted to know everything about him, and I love that.”
