Inner Circle Autism Network is expanding its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to Nebraska, launching a new Omaha clinic set to open Nov. 1, 2024.
Through play-based ABA therapy programs, Inner Circle supports children with autism in learning new skills and adaptive behaviors. The organization has a record of growth in Oklahoma and Arkansas. The new Omaha clinic will be Inner Circle’s 10th location and is now open for enrollment and provider referral with no waitlist. Inner Circle Autism Network is an in-network provider with most private insurers and Medicaid.
“Expanding our services to a third state and bringing ABA therapy to more children with autism and their families is a strong focus for us,” said David Mikula, CEO, Inner Circle Autism Network. “We believe every child with autism deserves convenient access to high-quality and evidence-based ABA therapy and that their families deserve support and guidance every step of the way.”
Autism Spectrum Disorder is one of the most common developmental disorders, affecting one of every 36 U.S. children according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. ABA therapy is considered an evidence-based best practice treatment by the American Psychological Association and the standard of care by the American Academy of Neurology, American Academy of Pediatrics, Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, National Institute of Child Health & Human Development, and National Institute of Mental Health, among others.
ABA therapy programs help children with autism in a variety of ways, including advancement in communication and social skills, developing positive peer interactions, engaging academically and building classroom skills, self-care, and in mitigating challenging behaviors, such as tantrums, bed-wetting, and self-injury. Every Inner Circle ABA therapy program is individualized and tailored to meet each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
Inner Circle Autism Network’s other clinics include four in Arkansas and three in the Oklahoma City area, with a fourth Oklahoma City location as well as a new clinic in Tulsa scheduled to open later this year.
