Inner Circle Autism Network’s leadership team understands the challenges and opportunities that come with a role as a board-certified behavior analyst or registered behavior technician. Our leadership team includes experienced and certified BCBA professionals in the roles of chief clinical officer, vice president of strategy, director of treatment development, director of treatment integrity, regional directors of treatment development, and clinic treatment directors. Other members have dedicated their careers to the ABA field in other capacities, including human resources, marketing, and operations. The decades of experience the leadership team has in ABA and hands-on with children with autism and other special needs creates an environment that not only empowers the children we serve but our team members.
“One of the biggest differences with Inner Circle is the leadership. They have real-world experience in the ABA field whether it be in intake, community outreach, recruiting, human resources, operations, or providing applied behavior analysis as a board-certified behavior analyst. With that experience, the leadership team is better able to make those key decisions that deliver the most meaningful outcomes for the kids we serve,” explains Mallory Morrison, Inner Circle’s vice president of business development & marketing.
This deep connectivity to the work Inner Circle Autism Network’s BCBAs and RBTs do every day means the voice, perspective, and culture of ABA professionals is infused in all aspects of the organization’s operations. Mentorship, paid training, professional development opportunities, career support, paid parental leave, and work hours and paid time off that meaningfully support a healthy work-life balance are just a few of the ways Inner Circle Autism Network demonstrates its value for the BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative professionals who create the inner circle of advocates empowering children with autism and their families.
“We have wonderful leadership. They are role models, and I love how they all their composure and how they treat staff. This is such an ‘arms wide open’ company that all should feel welcomed. We have a wonderful work environment and I look forward to coming into the workplace every day,” explains Bree Blackwell, RBT, NWOKC.
