From David Mikula | Inner Circle Autism Network CEO
This year has brought so many exciting developments for the Inner Circle Autism Network team and the families we serve. As we begin to turn our attention to the new year, it’s important that we take a moment to celebrate everything we’ve accomplished and the progress we’ve made together.
This year, we added three new clinics, expanding our ABA therapy services to Little Rock, Arkansas and two locations in Oklahoma to make ABA therapy accessible to more children with autism. And, our team is already hard at work preparing for more clinic openings in 2024, including multiple locations in Oklahoma and a new Fayetteville location in Arkansas.

We continued to prioritize our community outreach and engagement activities, participating in more than two dozen events throughout the year, such as the Autism Oklahoma PieceWalk, the Autism Involves Me back to school event, and Downtown Bentonville First Friday events. Finding new and exciting ways to connect with families and children and provide sensory-friendly activities for children with autism is central to our mission and part of how we’re supporting Inner Circle families beyond our therapy offerings.
Our teams also advanced their skills and contributed to the understanding and advancement of ABA therapy. Several of our team members presented research at this year’s Women in Behavior Analysis conference, and four Inner Circle employees earned their BCBA credentials this year.
Thank you to every member of the Inner Circle team for their commitment to supporting children with autism and their families and every Inner Circle family for their trust in us to help their children learn, grow, and develop and say ICAN!
