Inner Circle Autism Network welcomes Sarah Mathison, BCBA, LBA as the organization’s chief clinical officer.
Mathison will direct and oversee clinical operations and strategies across Inner Circle Autism Network’s six applied behavior analysis clinics in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Mathison will provide clinical supervision and leadership for the organization’s clinical staff, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs).
“Sarah’s dedication to evidence-based, child-centered ABA therapy and commitment to children with autism and their families make her a perfect fit for the Inner Circle team, particularly as we open new clinics and expand our capacity to provide ABA therapy for more children with autism,” said Inner Circle Autism Network CEO David Mikula.
Mathison previously held director- and executive-level roles at various autism services organizations. She has leadership experience managing clinical teams across multiple clinics and states, as well as experience developing treatment programs for clients as a BCBA. In addition to her clinical role, she also serves as an academic associate with Arizona State University working to advance autism research and education.
Mathison earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed her master’s degree with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis at Arizona State University.
Inner Circle Autism Network specializes in ABA therapy, including social skills training, for children of all ages diagnosed with autism. ABA is evidence-based, individualized therapy that supports children with autism in learning new skills and positive behaviors, such as communication, social awareness, positive peer interactions, academic engagement, self-care skills, and play skills.
